There's A Monster In My Bed...
You would think that going from a 4 bedroom home to a five bedroom home would create more space to spread children out, right?? Not when you have children that are scared to death that every boogey man in sight is going to get them. All the boys are currently sharing a room (even though Austin could have his own, which he has wished for since I don't know when.) And Grace? Well, she's scared too, so Halee lets her climb in with her every night. I found them last night all crammed together, and couldn't help but smile to myself. I kind of like them all sharing. Who cares about wasted space. As long as they love and rely on each other at the end of the day, it's A-ok with me.
The Giving Tree
Chris built a homemade swing for our tree in the front yard. I have a love affair with this tree by the way. It's so big and beautiful. Every time I look at it I get warm fuzzies. Anyway, now I love it even more because it has our swing on it, and the kids adore that. I wish I had more pics. I took some of Grace while the kids were at school. They fought over the swing allllll day yesterday until Chris and I took the seat off and threatened to send everyone to bed by 7. They stopped and we re-attatched it this morning. It really is a fun swing.

Memories
Now that I'm 32 almost 33, and my parents are in their 60's I'm starting to realize how fast time goes by and how quickly my own parents will probably be out of my life for a time. I'm thankful for them so much. I know without a doubt that they love me and my husband and children. I am choosing to cherish the future with them so I have no regrets. After all, family is life, right?
I love you, my beautiful wonderful girls...
