Little Ms. Beethoven...

I know, I know...Grace gets way too many picture's on here! I swear I'll try to catch the other kiddo's and post them soon too.

Grace is pulling up on EVERYTHING now, especially the piano which she now has the habit of pounding on (as hard as a 9 month old can pound that is.) One of these days she's going to fall and kill herself I just know it! I'm constantly running after her to save her because the floors are slick that her chances of NOT falling are extremely slim. She's had many a fall already...my poor babe! :0

I thought this picture was pretty funny. Grace LOVES her baby dolls, but she is not opposed to playing with trucks now and then either! She sat and played with this dump truck for quite some time!

President Gordon B. Hinkley

I just want to say how much I will miss our Prophet. When I heard he had passed away I was so sad and unhappy about it, but at the same time I think it's so wonderful that he gets to see be with his sweet wife and also with our Savior. He was was the prophet at the time I gave birth to all five of my children, and he has a special place in my heart. I just love him for all he has done for this church. He will be missed!

Ahh...To Be A Kid Again.

Once in a while I'll listen in on the kids when their really getting their imaginations going. On this occasion they had their friend Natalie over and were pretending they were all homeless...haha. They were collecting canned food and everything. Grace was the baby of the group, all siblings abandoned by their parents. Where do they come up with this stuff??

I know...It's A Little Scary.

Halee and I did our own "at home" facial masks a few days ago. I have never done that with her, but it was so much fun! If you're wondering why we are barely smiling, it's because our faces were SO stiff we could barely move our mouths! Chris got a kick out of this. The boys just kept saying "Why would they do that??"

This is so awesome!

I found a website that takes your blog pages and pictures and creates a hard back book out of them. I just kept thinking about what I would do to save all of my posts so my kids could one day look back at our everyday lives. I'm so excited! They are also pretty reasonable too! Here's the web address if you want to check it out...

Runnung Woes...

I bundled up the Christian and Grace this morning, and decided to go for a run in the jogging stroller. Boy will I never do that again! The kids were great, the weather was tolerable, but running with a stroller was HORRIBLE! I will be hitting the treadmill next time, because running with a stroller is not for me. :0
Poor little Grace is SOOO sick of boo boo's on her knees from crawling around on our hard floors. I finally gave in and bought some knee pads. They are so awesome. They are called Snazzy Baby Knee Pads, and they work great. At first she wasn't big on them, but now she loves them. They are totally worth the $20 we payed for them!

Pretties...

I can't help but be so happy that I am FINALLY able to get a teeny tiny ponytail into Grace's hair. She's not yet figured out how to get it out either...wahoo! :)

Ahoy Matey!

So Christmas break has been over for a while now, and Christian is pretty desperate for a playmate. He's reeled little Gracie into playing pirates. I caught them here having so much fun together especially considering he's 3 1/2 and she's 8 months. Even though he loves loves loves to pick on her...he also just plain loves her...

Let It Snow!!!!!

I have to say that I LOVEEEE the snow! I guess that's a good thing too because it snowed nearly 8 inches in the last 24 hours. School was canceled, so it was nice just hanging out at the house with no schedules or anything. This is Halee and Christian helping me cook. We made enchilada's (yum!) The kids love to help me out, and it seems to keep them from fighting and killing each other...and no fighting means a sane mother!

A Girl After My Own Heart

So we had family home evening tonight and I made chocolate pudding for dessert, and we fed Grace some. I know what your thinking...she's not even a year old and we are pumping all that bad sugar in her body. It IS BAD!!! But boy did she love it!!! As you can plainy see, she gets her sugar tooth after her mama for sure!!

Okay, so I went from regular old email junkie, to a myspace junkie, and now it seems that "blogging" is the new thing...so here we are! I'm always up for something fun and new. Hopefully we won't bore you with our chaotic insane lives, or maybe you'll be somewhat entertained by all our craziness...haha. Either way, this will be a fun way to keep on touch with family and friends! Happy blogging! :P
